It is time for my girls to eat. And my Costa Rican Zebra Striped Tarantula Michelle Jacqueline is really hungry. Watch her grab a meal to go, drag it to her burrow, and spin a little silk.
I was going to hold my baby from Arizona today, but she molted. Since I consider molting to be a rebirth, happy birthday Rapunzel! Have questions? Comment below!
P.S. The video bomber is my man in black Johnny Ca$h. No bad luck here. This black cat is good luck.
I am planning to do Tarantula Tuesday every week. Every week I will have a friend to bring out. This week’s guest is Rosie. Have any questions? Ask away. Don’t forget to fill out my survey if you have arachnophobia!
This summer I am attending the Invertebrates in Education and Conservation Conference where I will be presenting my findings on adult arachnophobia. If you are over the age of 18 and have a fear of spiders it would be a huge help if you could fill out this survey which is linked here.
If you are not afraid of spiders but know someone who is please pass this link to them.
My spider friends and I thank you so much for your help!
Hi, I am Freddie. I do presentations with my tarantulas and other arthropods for class visits, library programs, birthday parties, and more!
